MILLSBORO & SEAFORD — TidalHealth Primary Care and TidalHealth Specialty Care announce Jennifer Glass and Sandra Saunders are their Team Members of the Month for May 2024.

Ms. Glass, care coordinator, TidalHealth Primary Care in Millsboro, was nominated by Allie McDermott, CRNP, for the values of accountability, community, quality and service:

“Jen goes above and beyond in her role as a Care Coordinator. She continuously offers a helping hand to ensure patients have the resources they need including medications, transportation and medical supplies. She takes pride in her work and takes the time to meet with patients to provide education on their chronic disease to try and prevent worsening and increase compliance.

Her service to our patients and our community does not get enough recognition. She is a fantastic resource and a wealth of knowledge when it comes to community resources. She does a lot of work behind the scenes and is well-deserving of this recognition!”

Ms. Saunders, medical assistant, TidalHealth OB/GYN in Seaford, was nominated by Dr. Ian Baxter for demonstrating the values of quality and service:

“Sandra has been my Lead Medical Assistant (MA) since I returned to TidalHealth. I would like to commend her for her excellence.

Sandra is very thorough and always prepared. She knows what information I need and has it ready before I even ask. She knows our patients well. She is also organized and very easy to work with.

Sandra has stepped up while my other MA was out and has handled the workload of two MAs. She was able to keep my workload moving without any issues. She has gone the extra mile and I appreciate her.”
