Fairfield Inn Rehoboth Beach unveils renovations

By REHOBOTH BEACH — After more than six months and an investment of approximately $2 million, Fairfield Inn & Suites Rehoboth Beach, 19113 Coastal Highway, unveiled an extensive renovation late last week.
Local contracting company Whiting-Turner contributed more than 14,000 hours to the project, which required roofers, electricians, HVAC contractors, carpenters, painters, flooring installers and general laborers.
Each of the 94 guest rooms received new carpet; fresh, textured paint; updated lighting; 55-inch TVs with streaming capabilities; and new window treatments.
