Mr. Donald Trump, Ms. Pam Bondi and Mr. Kash Patel want to treat the actions of a few Americans who have attacked and damaged Tesla cars and dealerships as domestic terrorists, but when Trump incited a riot on the U.S. Capitol, the rioters/mob were called “patriots.” These so-called patriots attacked and destroyed U.S. property that your and my tax dollars paid for, but this was considered an act of patriotism. Tesla is a private company, owned by Elon Musk. It is not a government facility. Elon Musk is ripping apart the federal government with no regard to the employees and the people it serves. The attack on Tesla is likened to the actions of Dec. 16, 1773, when Americans boarded the East India Co. ships and dumped 342 chests of tea into the Boston Harbor, to protest an unfavorable policy by the British government. The damage of Tesla cars and dealerships was an act of protest. Elon Musk is destroying the American fabric of democracy, and he is causing economic damage through his blood sucking/bloodletting of American taxpayer dollars. Musk is making $8 million a day off the backs of taxpayers.
Mr. Trump called Musk a “patriot.” I find this to be insulting to the American people and the military. Elon Musk has never served in the military; he has never done anything to protect this country, so how exactly is he a patriot? In fact, Musk moved to Canada and, later, became a U.S. citizen to avoid mandatory military service in South Africa. Like Trump, when his country called upon him to serve, he got out of the situation by any means necessary. There must be streaks of yellow down their backs miles wide. Elon Musk is an immigrant, so it would be an incredibly good idea to just revoke his citizenship and send him back to South Africa. At least that is my thought on the matter.
Trump has a following of loyalists. These are not politicians who are interested in serving the American people but, instead, are just yes-people and are only interested in serving Donald Trump and his ego. The state of “idiocracy” is in full swing. We have Republican politicians who are suggesting adding Trump’s face to Mount Rushmore, as well as making it possible for him to run for a third term. Yeah, let us all forget about the Constitution. The idiocracy is unfathomable.
America is no longer the land of “we, the people.” It is now the land of “we, the rich.” Our political and judicial systems have been compromised. They have been bought by billionaires, along with our voting systems and voters. Americans used to have honor and dignity, but that was before they sold it for the almighty dollar. There is something wrong when a person believes that he can simply buy your vote, or maybe what is really wrong is your willingness to sell it.
How about the Maryland man (Kilmar Abrego Garcia) who was deported to El Salvador? Trump’s administration admits that Mr. Garcia was mistakenly deported, but it is not willing to correct the mistake. Why? And why is the El Salvador government so willing to accept these deportees? How much money is Trump’s administration paying the El Salvador government for the imprisonment of them?
America is broken. The system of government is broken, thanks to the idiocracy of people like Donald Trump, Elon Musk and the Republican Party. America is no longer deserving of admiration from other countries. It is now deserving of their pity for how far it has fallen.
