Businesses throughout the world bring in outside people to examine how to make the company run better. In that capacity, if they find waste and/or fraud, then action should be taken.
Due to COVID-19, the workforce has been changed. In the federal government, only 6% of the workforce reports to work five days a week. So, ask the people working from home to either come back to the office or answer an email about five things they did this week. If all these people were back in the offices, this approach would not be needed; you could just hear from them in their own voices.
Federal workers had the opportunity to take a buyout or come back to work. How much money is Ms. Kristin Froehlich willing to spend on rents and office space (“DOGE is a chaos machine, not a method for efficiency”)? How much money is being paid to workers who don’t answer emails for the agency they work for? No one could run a business like the federal government is being run; they would not have the money. But the government just prints more, which causes inflation.
One of the most successful men in the country in running four businesses and working for free to get it straightened out. If you asked Ms. Froehlich if she is paying too much in taxes, my opinion is she would answer yes.
