Schools have two charges: safety and learning. Delaware schools have failed on both counts. Letting kids leave school does not add safety.
The money taxpayers spend on students has not transformed into good results. Delaware is in the top 10 states for funding schools, yet its test scores are in the bottom 10 states.
If a business operated like this, it would be out of business.
