Delaware's State Board of Education to meet Thursday in Dover

DOVER — The State Board of Education will hold their monthly meeting Thursday at 5 p.m.

Members of the state board will vote to elect a new vice president for the 2024 fiscal year as part of their upcoming agenda.

The board will also hold discussions on regulations for various programs throughout the state, their 2024 fiscal year budget and legislative updates and consideration.

The meeting will be held in person at the Townsend Building in Dover with a virtual webinar option available at publicmeetings.delaware.gov.
