Speak Up: Delaware Climate Solutions Act passes House, heads to Senate


The Delaware Climate Change Solutions Act of 2023, which sets goals for the net reduction of greenhouse gas emissions in the First State, passed the House of Representatives on June 6.

Under House Bill 99, reduction targets of 50% by 2030 and 100% by 2050 would be established and a plan for the state to meet those goals would be implemented.
