I noticed in the Speak Up section the other day about how downtown Dover could succeed that somebody said the homeless were sketchballs (“Speak Up: What does downtown Dover need to succeed?”) We are our brother’s keepers. We should be helping with finding housing for the people, not characterizing people into classes.
How about underground parking? We could up the police presence, and I’m sure that many people would have opinions on how to do this.
We need to remember that Dover is a neighborhood that needs to encourage retail in this area, rather than developing it farther away at the mall.
