Change of command: Col. McDonald takes reins at Dover Air Force Base

Col. William C. McDonald has come to know the confines of Dover Air Force Base very well as a command pilot with more than 4,000 hours flying. Now, after being handed the guidon by the base's outgoing commander, it is his responsibility to guide what is known as the “Eagle Wing” into the future.
