Bridgeville couple faces multiple animal welfare offenses
Authorities remove 20 dogs from home

Delaware Animal Services announced the arrest of Ray Anderson, 42, and Melissa Layton, 40, after 20 dogs were taken from their Bridgeville home Aug. 14.
