PRINCESS ANNE — Some five months after a fuel spill in the Parish House of St. Andrew’s Episcopal Church the clean-up by Servpro is complete and the hall will be available to former and new renters starting May 2.
The incident forced the cancelation of the annual fall bazaar, and members of Pentecostals of Princess Anne, pastored by Dr. Julius Zant, were relocated to the sanctuary during the interim but have returned to the parish house 1 p.m. Sundays and 6 p.m. Thursdays.
Some regular renters of the parish house on Washington Street “have really missed using our hall,” wrote Senior Warden Rebecca McElhone. “I've had so many of them tell me our parish hall is the only place in Princess Anne that is nice to rent.”
