Interested contractors may purchase the Contract Documents at DiCarlo Precision Instrument, 2006 Northwood Drive, Salisbury, Maryland.

Questions regarding interpretations of the Bid Documents are to be directed, in writing, to Scott G. Rogers, AIA, LEED AP at Davis, Bowen & Friedel, Inc. E-mail address is sgr@dbfinc.com.
