Data, patron feedback tells success story

First, Dorchester County Council President George L. Pfeffer, Jr. welcomed members of the county’s “library family” to the Council meeting Tuesday, September 17. Later, he had a question.
Wondering why so many audience members came clad in green t-shirts, Pfeffer did what many county residents often do, he asked a librarian.
Three from Dorchester County Public Library’s two branches were happy to answer.
