Those making development decisions should consider the entire comprehensive plan for Sussex County, not only what the developer’s attorneys choose to cite.
The comp plan also addresses safety, quality of life, preservation of habitat and several other points that support current residents but continue to be ignored and undefended by our county counsel (attorneys).
