I highly request that Dover officials evaluate all city buildings and provide a security plan that includes safety devices to protect employees and citizens.
I am against just focusing on the City Council chamber and spending millions of dollars, which should be used for the safety of workers and citizens who enter all Dover facilities.
Our Dover Police Department has been very effective in providing security over the years.
