The citizens of Dover look forward to the newly elected, reelected and seated City Council members living up to their oaths of office.
I wish Dover council the best in trying to serve city employees and residents with dignity, respect and integrity, in City Hall and throughout the community.
Do take time to personally evaluate your service to your district and the city when preparing yourselves to improve the future for municipal employees and citizens.
For those council members who may have personal grievances with other council members, city employees or residents, try to move forward in a more professional manner by remembering your oath of office for a better Dover.
