DOVER - Wilson A. "Chink" Waters, 90, went home to be with the Lord Monday, Oct. 18, 2010. Viewing from 10 a.m. to noon, Saturday, Oct. 23, 2010, at Whatcoat United Methodist Church, 341 Saulsbury Rd, Dover. Interment will be 11 a.m., Monday, Oct. 25, 2010, at the Delaware Veterans Memorial Cemetery, Bear, with military honors. Instead of flowers, please send contributions to Pinnacle Rehabilitation and Health Center, 3034 S. Dupont Highway, Smyrna, DE 19977. Condolences can be sent to minusfh@verizon.net.
