DOVER - William Victor McCoy of Dover, Delaware passed away Nov. 20, 2016 at his home. He was born May 31, 1946 in Center Ridge, Arkansas to the late Aldon & Vivian McCoy. Mr. McCoy is survived by his wife of 46 years, Patricia S. McCoy; children, Shelley (Richard) Evans & Kevin McCoy; grandchildren, Theresa, Sarah & Erin Evans; brother, Larry McCoy, nieces, nephews and friends. His parents; a brother, Art McCoy and sister, Betty Stell precede him in death. Public gathering Friday, Nov. 25, 2016 from 10-11 a.m. at Pippin Funeral Home, 119 W.
