William Torrance Barner, 49 WYOMING - William Torrance Barner, 49, of Wyoming, passed away Saturday, Nov. 21, 2009, in the Hospital of the University of Philadelphia. He was born on Feb. 12, 1960, in Altus A.F.B. Hospital, Okla. William was a self-employed contractor. He enjoyed fishing, hunting, and collecting NASCAR memorabilia, especially Dale Earnhart, Sr. William was predeceased by his mother, Elaine Colin Barner. He is survived by his father, Torrance A. Barner of Spring Mills, Pa.; a sister, Beatrice A. Barner of Felton; two brothers, John F. Barner of Felton, and Larry D. Barner of Wyoming; a niece, Johnna Lynn Barner of Felton; a nephew, Clay Rosebrooks of Felton; and a step-brother, Josh Barner of Pennsylvania. Services will be 8 p.m. Wednesday in the Pippin Funeral Home, 119 W. Camden-Wyoming Ave., Wyoming, where friends may call two hours earlier. Burial will be private.
