DENTON,MD - William "Mac" McLane Dove Sr., of Denton, Md., passed away on Dec. 1, 2013 at Hospice of Queen Anne's surrounded by his family. He is survived by his children, Ricky Dove and wife Bonnie, William "Bill" M. Dove, Jr and wife Janet, Tim Dove and wife Barbara, Carolyn Stidman and husband John, and Donna Cawley and husband Archie; special caretakers; nieces, Pat and Kathy; eight grandchildren; and two great-grandchildren; and his beloved dog, Polly. A funeral service for "Mac" will be on Friday, Dec. 6, 2013 at 11:00 a.m. at the Fleegle & Helfenbein Funeral Home in Greensboro. The family will receive friends on Thursday from 7:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m. in the funeral home. Burial will follow the service in the Greensboro Cemetery.
