MARYDEL, MD - William Lee Beasley, of Marydel, Md., passed away on Thursday, Nov. 28, 2013 at Chester River Hospital. He was born on Jan. 9, 1965 in Dover, Del. to the late Raymond Vanderwater and Sue Ann Coker. Mr. Beasley had been a carpenter in home construction. In addition to his parents he is preceded in death by his step-father, Charles Coker. He is survived by his wife, Dawn Thompson-Beasley; children, Andy Beasley of Virginia, Dustin Beasley of Baltimore, Robert Beasley of Marydel, Dora Corrine Beasley of Smyrna, Del., and Ashley Rebstock of Denton; brother, Johnny Semans; and step-brother, Charles "Ducky" Coker, Jr. both of Cheswold, Del.; sister, Jody Semans of Woodside, Del.; in-laws, Frank Thompson and wife Tina, Brian Thompson and wife Joan, Paula Thompson and husband Jimmy Martin; and four grandchildren, Nuriah, Sabastian, Dori and Adalyn. A funeral service for Mr. Beasley will be on Friday, Dec. 6, at 6:00 p.m. at the Church of Christ in Christian Union, Henderson. A visitation will be from 4:00 to 6:00 p.m. prior to the service.
