William J. Derrickson, 84 HARRINGTON - William J. Derrickson, of Harrington, died Feb. 7, 2010, at the Delaware Hospice Center, Milford. He was 84. He was born in Harrington, to the late Edith and William J. Derrickson. He was preceded in death by his wife, Doris Derrickson; son, Michael William Derrickson; brothers, Thomas Derrickson, and Robert "Bobby" Derrickson; and a sister, Doris Donovan. He is survived by his son, Allan F. Derrickson of Harrington; sister, Lucille Stubbs of Dover; and cousin, "Dickie" Sammons of Harrington. Funeral services will be 1 p.m., Friday, Feb. 12, in Melvin Funeral Home, 15522 South DuPont Hwy., Harrington, where a visitation will be from 7 to 9 p.m., Thursday, Feb. 11. Interment will be in Hollywood Cemetery.
