DOVER - William "Billy" H. Walts, of Dover, passed away peacefully Monday, July 13, 2009. He was 61. Mr. Walts worked for Kent General Hospital in Dover for many years, first in security and then transportation to the Cancer Center in Dover. He is survived by his mother, Rosalind Dufraine of Dover; a sister and a brother-in-law, Rosemarie and Rick Marville of Dover, with whom he resided; a nephew and his wife, Heath and Trish Nixon of Dover; a niece and her husband, Tammy and Daniel Schmidt of Harrington; six great-nieces and great-nephews, Alex, Seth, Keanu, Bobbie, Lyla, and Kai; and a host of additional family and friends. Services will be noon Monday, July 20, at the Trader Funeral Home, 12 Lotus Street, Dover, where friends may call one hour before the time of service.
