William E. Wilson, IV, JD (Mill), 68, of Milford, Delaware, passed away peacefully on July 6, 2026. Born in Baltimore, Maryland, on November 18, 1957, he was the son of the late Camillus and Ruth Wilson.
Mill proudly served in the United States Army before building a 20-year career as an Equal Employment Opportunity Officer and Legal Compliance Officer at Montgomery College in Maryland. His hobbies included collecting model trains and designing intricate train exhibits.
He is survived by his loving wife of 23 years, Margaret, and his children, William, Justin, Alexis, and Tyrease.
A private memorial service will be held on July 18th in Milford, Delaware.
