FREDERICA - Billy Webb, of Frederica, passed away on Dec. 10, 2010, at his home. He was born to the late Derrickson and Virginia Webb. Mr. Webb was a self employed painter and belonged to the Painters Union Local 100. Mr. Webb also belonged to the American Legion and the Harrington Moose #534. He was a hard worker and enjoyed what he did. In his spare time, he enjoyed going to the slots and being around his friends. He made friends easily and would give you the shirt off of his back. He is survived by his daughter, Nicole Strong of Chestertown, Md; sisters, Polly Robbins of Frederica, Libby Kelly of Felton; brothers, Jack Webb of Frederica, Gerald Webb of Harrington, Hoss Webb of Frederica; and his beloved aunt, Jane Brown of Frederica. Services will be at 7 p.m. on Wed., Dec. 15, 2010, at Melvin Funeral Home, 15522 S. DuPont Hwy, Harrington, DE., with visitation one hour prior. In lieu of flowers, family request donations in Billy's memory be made to, Debbie Sipple Memorial Fund for the SPCA. Send donations to: Debbie's Fund for Animals, c/o Felton Bank, 698 A North DuPont Blvd., Milford, De 19963. Arrangements are by the Melvin Funeral Home, Harrington DE.
