Greensboro - William "Bill" Allan Meeks passed away on Wed., Mar. 4, 2015 at UMSMC @ Easton surrounded by his family. He was born on May 18, 1954 in Greensboro to the late George A. Meeks and Delema Ross Meeks of Greensboro. In addition to his mother his is survived by his wife of 37 years Margaret "Peggy" Meeks; step-daughters, Teresa Blackburn and Holly Hutson both of Greensboro; brother, Larry T Meeks of Goldsboro, sister, Cynthia J. Davis of Smyrna; four grandchildren; and two great-grandchildren. The funeral service for Mr. Meeks will be on Sun., Mar. 8, 2015 at 2:00 PM at the Fleegle and Helfenbein Funeral Home in Greensboro where a visitation will be from 12:00 PM to 2:00 PM prior to the service.
