The Delaware General Assembly’s final legislative day of the year is Tuesday. What bills have created concern or relief for you over the last few months?

Keeping property developers from using data centers demanded by artificial intelligence marketing hype from looting Delawareans’ wallets. Protecting Delawareans’ rights in state law, while the current occupants of the federal government can’t pull their heads out of a dark place. Protecting wetlands, since the aforementioned occupants believe that water doesn’t move underground and wrote that into a Supreme Court opinion. — Johannes Sayre
