MILTON – Wayne A. Panuska, 65, of Milton passed away on Monday, July 11, 2016 at Delaware Hospice Center. He was the son of the late James and Evelyn (King) Panuska. Wayne enjoyed NASCAR and was a Washington Redskins fan. He worked as a Service Manager at Mountaire. He served with the National Guard. Along with his parents, he was preceded in death by his brother, Linden James Panuska; and nephew, Chad Panuska. He is survived by his son, Mark Wayne Panuska; girlfriend, Kristie O'Connell and her son Daniel; sister-in-law, Kathaleen (Hastings) Panuska; niece, Megan Holt, her husband Tony and their daughter Chloe; along with many extended family members and close friends. He will also be greatly missed by his Springer Spaniel, Jennie. A Memorial Service will be held on Saturday, July 23, 2016 at 2 p.m. in the chapel of Short Funeral Services, 609 E. Market St., Georgetown with a time of visitation beginning at 1 p.m. In lieu of flowers, memorials can be sent to Delaware Hospice, 100 Patriots Way, Milford, DE 19963.
