Wanda Jean Griffith Malafronti, 55 LANSING, N.C. - Mrs. Wanda Jean Griffith Malafronti, died Thursday, December 17, 2009, in her home. She was 55. Mrs. Malafronti was born in Baltimore, Md. Monday, August 2, 1954, to the late William James and Dorothy Agnes Pierce Griffith. She was a homemaker, loving wife, mother, grandmother and devoted Christian. She was a member of Warrensville United Methodist Church. She is survived by her husband, Michael Raymond (Mike) Malafronti Sr.; a son, Michael Malafronti Jr. and wife, Angie of Lansing; five daughters, Theresa Maurer and husband, Keith of Alaska, Penny Daniels and husband, Joseph of Lansing, April Malafronti and fiancé', Ryan Ciria of Dover, Tracy Allgeier and husband, Christopher of Golts, Md., and Jennifer Malafronti and fiancé', Jonathan Davis of Lansing; a brother, Ronald Trovinger of Maryland; two sisters, Delores Layman of Florida and Cynthia Malafronti of West Jefferson; 21 grandchildren; two great-grandchildren; and several nieces and nephews. Funeral services will be 2 p.m. Sunday, December 20, 2009, at Warrensville United Methodist Church, with Rev. Gregg Plott officiating. Burial will follow in the church cemetery. The family will receive friends from 1 to 2 p.m. Sunday, one hour prior to the funeral service. Flowers accepted or memorials may be made to High Country Healthcare Hospice, P.O.
