Vivian K. Mijal

DOVER - Vivian K. Mijal died Saturday, October 31, 2015, at her home. She was 89. Mrs. Mijal was born December 13, 1925 in Queens, N.Y. to the late Kylil and Abriza Bishara Kenein. Vivian sang with the USO during WWII. She became a court reporter, travelled with her husband Paul due to his US Air Force career, was a care giver for her parents, her in-laws, and her loving son Carl. Vivian is survived by her husband, Paul Mijal of Dover; son, Carl Mijal of Dover; two nephews, Craig and Don Martin; and two nieces, Lois Lisa and Clair Graves; and caregivers, Susan Ashraf, Ellen Anderson and Carrie Ghoser. In addition to her parents she was preceded in death by her sister, Gloria Martin; and brother, George Kenein. Funeral services will be 10 a.m., Tuesday, November 3, 2015 at the Delaware Veterans Memorial Cemetery, 2465 Chesapeake City Rd., Bear, DE 19701.
