Vivian Ginn Hudson, 75

SMYRNA - Vivian Ginn Hudson, of Smyrna, passed away on Tuesday, March 24, 2009, at Bayhealth Medical Center, Dover. She was 75. She was born in Wilmington, the daughter of the late Ralph and Margaret Conard. She was employed by Playtex and ILC and retired after 20 years of service. She was a longtime member of Asbury United Methodist Church, Smyrna, and volunteered for many years at the Delaware Hospital for the Chronically Ill in Smyrna. She is survived by her husband of 39 years, George Hudson of Smyrna; and a sister-in-law, Rosalle Geyer of Milford. Services will be 1 p.m. Wednesday, April 1, at Asbury United Methodist Church, 20-24 W. Mt. Vernon St., Smyrna, where friends may call at noon. Burial will be in Old Drawyers Cemetery, Odessa. In lieu of flowers, contributions may be sent to Asbury United Methodist Church, P.O. Box 330, Smyrna, DE 19977. To send a condolence letter, contact www.delmarvaobits.com.
