DOVER - Vivian A. Milbourne, age 58, of Dover, passed away on May 6, 2011, at Christiana Hospital, Newark. Born on July 1, 1952, she was the daughter of Harley and Margaret Mears. She was 58. Funeral services will be noon, Saturday, May 14, 2011, at Calvary Baptist Church, 163 Victory Chapel Road, Dover, where friends may call two hours prior to the service.
