DOVER - Virginia P. "Ginger" Frey of Dover formerly of Centreville and Chestertown, Md., passed away Sunday, June 28, 2015 at Kent General Hospital. She was 64. Mrs. Frey was born July 24, 1950 in Mishawaka, Indiana to Betty J. Wilson Pollock and the late Herbert W. Pollock. She worked for Comcast as a customer service representative for 16 years and was so kind to everyone. Mrs. Frey enjoyed dancing, playing computer games, being on Facebook, and watching Wheel of Fortune and Jeopardy, but her biggest love was spending time with her family especially her grandchildren and great grandchildren. Mrs. Frey was preceded in death by her beloved grandmother, Beryl F. Wilson. She is survived by her mother, Betty Pollock of Columbia, Mo.; her husband of 30 years, Neill Frey of Dover; son, Todd Kramer and his wife Mazie of Dover; step son, James Nunes and his wife Kimberly of Little Heaven; brother, John Pollock of Mechanicsville, Va.; sister, Liz Mooney of Columbia, Mo.; grandchildren, Jason Foraker and wife Shondia of Magnolia, Kaylinn Rodriguez of Seaford, William Kramer, II of Camden, Amanda Farrell and husband Charles of Warner Robins, Ga., Paige Kramer of Evansville, Ind.; Brittany Nunes of Harrington; Ashley Nunes of Smyrna; four great grandchildren; and her faithful dogs, Sassy and Bubba Bear. Memorial services will be 7 p.m., Friday, July 3, 2015 at Torbert Funeral Chapel, 61 S. Bradford Street, Dover. Friends may call from 6 p.m. to 7 p.m. In lieu of flowers the family suggests contributions be made to First State Animal Center, SPCA, 32 Shelter Circle, Camden, DE 19934 or American Lung Association, 422 S.
