Virginia Marie Roy, 85 OCEAN VIEW - Virginia Marie Roy, age 85, of Ocean View, formerly of Silver Spring, Md., passed away peacefully on Friday, June 11, 2010, surrounded by her loving family at the Delaware Hospice Center in Milford. She is survived by her loving husband of 64 years, Joseph G. Roy; a son, Michael Roy; a daughter, Janice Clark and her husband Steve; three grandchildren, Brian Roy, Kerri Pitts, and Patrick Malayavech; and four great-grandchildren. A Celebration of Life and Homegoing Service will be held at 10:30 a.m.,Wednesday, June 16, at Mariner's Bethel United Methodist Church, 81 Central Ave., Ocean View, where friends and family may call after 10 a.m. The Rev. Al Taylor will officiate. Interment will follow in the adjoining cemetery. Arrangements by Melson Funeral Services of Ocean View.
