HARRINGTON - Virginia Lee "Pat" Tucker, of Harrington, died Thursday, Oct. 21, 2010, at Milford Hospice Center. She was 68. Virginia was born on Aug. 12, 1942, in Wilmington to the late Albert B. and Virginia E. Simpson Sr. She was a homemaker. Virginia was a member of the Harrington Senior Center. She loved to put together puzzles and she was a Philly's fanatic. Besides her parents she was preceded in death by a sister Wilma Bader. She is survived by three children and their spouses, Ralph and Patricia Tucker of Harrington, Jennifer and Brian Putz of Georgetown, and Mary Ann and William Draper of Felton; six grandchildren, Ralph III "Bud," Vanessa, Brian Jr., Allan Michael, Terry Edwin, and William Edward; two great-grandchildren Jason Adam and Hailie Jade; two brothers, Albert B. Evans Jr. of Seaford and James Evans of Milford; and one sister, Margaret Faith Kemp of Seaford. Viewing will be held on Monday, Oct. 25, 2010, from 6 to 8 p.m. at the Fleischauer Funeral Home. Funeral service will be held on Tuesday, Oct. 26, at 1 p.m. at the funeral home. Interment will be in Lincoln Cemetery, Lincoln. In lieu of flowers, the family has suggested donations to the Harrington Ambulance Squad, 20 Clark Street, Harrington, DE 19952.
