MILTON - Viola B. James, 71, of here, died Friday, Sept. 3, 2010, at Beebe Medical Center in Lewes. Born in Murfreesboro, N.C., she was the daughter of the late Paul Boone, Sr. and Oleila Wood Boone. She was a member of Booker Street Church of God in Georgetown. She was also a member of the Sussex County Community Choir. Prior to retiring, she was employed as a domestic. Loving memories will remain with,one son, La'Trone F. (Juanita) James of Salisbury; three daughters, Carol (Wilbert) Neal of Milton, Katrina Gross of Baltimore, Md., and Charletta (Kevin) Henry of Berlin, Md.; one brother, Paul (Sylvia) Boone, Jr. of Ahoskie, N.C.; one sister, Jean (Ervin) Clarke of Norfolk, Va.; 19 grandchildren; 18 great-grandchildren; a host of nieces, nephews, cousins, other relatives, in-laws, and friends. Funeral service will be noon, Saturday, Sept. 11, 2010, at the Lincoln Pentecostal Church of God in Lincoln. Family and friends may view one hour prior to the service. Bishop L. Bailey will be officiating. Interment will be in the First Congregational Cemetery in Milton. A ministry of comfort and dignity is being provided by the Lewis N. Watson Funeral Home, PA in Salisbury.
