Vicky Rines, 55

DOVER - Vicky Rines, of Dover, died Wednesday, March 4, 2009, at home. She was 55. Mrs. Rines was born Sept. 18, 1953, in the Philippines. She worked for Playtex Products as a forklift operator for 34 years retiring in 2005. Mrs. Rines enjoyed homemaking, work, sewing, cooking and especially being with her family. She was preceded in death by her father, Mauro Capinpin; and her two brothers, Billy and Ernest Capinpin. Mrs. Rines is survived by her mother, Leonora Capinpin Butler of Dover; her husband of 17 years, Richard Rines of Dover; her son, Michael Lamma and his wife Angela of Bear; three brothers, Nestor Capinpin and Marshall Capinpin both of Dover, and Roberto Capinpin of the Philippines; and her sister, Estella Tabore of Hong Kong. Funeral services will be noon Saturday, March 7, at Torbert Funeral Chapel South, 1145 E. Lebanon Road, Dover. Friends may call two hours prior. Interment will be in Odd Fellows Cemetery, Camden. In lieu of flowers, the family suggests contributions be made to the LifeBridge Health Organization 2401 West Belvedere Avenue, Baltimore, MD 21215-5271. Letters of condolence may be sent, and guestbook signed at www.torbertfuneral.com.
