Valerie Ann Cephas, 54 LINCOLN - Valerie Ann Cephas, took flight with her guardian angel from this earth to her Heavenly Home on Monday, April 5, 2010, in the Delaware Hospice Center, Milford surrounded by her loving and devoted family. The mother of Terri (Andre Batson) Cephas and Lisa Cephas. Daughter of Catherine Cephas Thomas Taylor, and the late Freddie Massey. She is also survived by brothers, Nathaniel (Betty) Cephas, George (Marian) Cephas, and Vincent (Alfreda) Cephas; sisters, Brenda and LaVerne Cephas; four grandchildren and five great-grandchildren; as well as devoted friends, Gracie Young and Juanita Gill; and a host of other relative and friends. Funeral services were at 1 p.m., Saturday at Refuge Temple in Seaford, where the Rev. Johnathan Dukes delivered the eulogy. Interment will be in Middleford Cemetery, Middleford, Del.
