HOUSTON - Tyheisha Nicole Worthy, of Houston, entered this life on Feb. 5, 1989, in Milford. She and her only child, Heaven'Lee Ta'Niah Worthy Johnson (born on May 13, 2009), departed this life on May 13, 2009, at the Johns Hopkins University Hospital in Baltimore. She was the daughter of George and Mary Worthy Johnson of Houston. Funeral services will be 1 p.m. Saturday, May 23, at the Pentecostal Church of God of Lincoln, Inc., 9163 Greentop Road, Lincoln, where friends may call two hours prior. Interment will be in Milford Community Cemetery, Milford. Arrangements are being handled by Bennie Smith Funeral Home, Milford.
