Two Dover homes damaged by gunfire, no injuries reported

DOVER — No injuries were reported after two occupied homes were damaged by gunfire Saturday, Dover Police spokesperson Master Cpl. Ryan Schmid said.

Cpl. Schmid said investigation began at 3:16 p.m., when Dover Police received a call for shots fired in Dover Park, 1200 White Oak Road. Officers responded and located several spent shell casings in the area, he said.

The investigation revealed that two occupied homes in Manchester Square were damaged as a result of this shooting.

There are currently no leads to release at this time, police said.
