SALISBURY, Md. — New information about the life of an icon of American history will be discussed at Salisbury University during the lecture, “Harriet Tubman’s World: Archaeology at Blackwater,” at 6 p.m. April 5 in the Patricia R. Guerrieri Academic Commons Assembly Hall.
SU alumnus Aaron Levinthal, archaeologist with the Maryland State Highway Administration, will talk about recently discovered archaeological evidence at the homesite of Ms. Tubman’s father in Dorchester County.
