CHESWOLD — The Thrive Dover Senior Life After 55 event was held at Noble’s Pond on July
17 and featured 50 vendors.
Free and open to the public, sponsors included Bayhealth and Easterseals Delaware and Maryland’s Eastern Shore.
Activities included the Double Dutch group Delaware Diamonds and Modern Maturity Centers Steppin’ Seniors. In addition, CNU Fit was performing stretching techniques,
Bayhealth was doing blood pressure checks and Willis Chevrolet was doing test drives.
“We had a great turnout of new vendors and fan favorites return for the event,” said Daily State News Events Manager Jessica Cook. “We are so grateful for our sponsors that continue to support it.”
Vendors spanned a variety of services including landscaping, adult education classes, museum, bath and home solutions, healthcare, homecare, mobile phone services and much more.
