Thomas Watkins, 61 DOVER - Thomas Watkins, age 61, Dover, departed this life on Dec. 8, 2009, after a lengthy illness. He was born on May 21, 1948, to the late Lottie Watkins and Thomas Simmons. Funeral services will be noon, Dec. 18, at New Jerusalem Baptist Church, Slaughter Street, Dover, where friends may call from 8 a.m. to 11 a.m. Burial will be at Barratt's Chapel Cemetery. Arrangements are being handled by Bennie Smith Funeral Home, Dover.
