Thomas Dolby Jr. DOVER - Thomas Dolby Jr., of Dover, passed away July 25, 2010, in his home. He was born on Oct. 19, 1936, in Raleigh, N.C., son of the late Adlaide (Lewis) and Thomas Dolby, Sr. Thomas served his country proudly in the U.S. Air Force for 23 ½ years retiring with the rank of Master Sergeant. He was a member of the American Legion, Dover. Thomas is survived by his wife of 61 years, Jane (Hill) Dolby; a son, Thomas Dolby and his wife Jennifer of Smyrna; siblings, Percy Dolby, and Dorothy Callier, both of Pittsburgh, Pa.; and two grandchildren, Cierra Dolby, and Mykaela Dolby. Service of committal with full military honors will be 11 a.m., Thursday, July 29, at the Delaware Veterans Memorial Cemetery, 26669 Patriots Way, Millsboro. In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations to Dover AFB Museum Foundation, 301 Heritage Rd., Dover AFB, DE 19902.
