Thomas Cleo Cook, 84 SEAFORD - Thomas Cleo Cook, of Seaford, passed away on April 2, 2010, at the Hospice Center. He was 84. Funeral services will be noon, Saturday, April 10, at the Church of God, Stein Highway, Seaford, where friends may call two hour prior to the services. Interment will be in the Delaware Memorial Veteran's Cemetery, Millsboro. Arrangements are being handled by Bennie Smith Funeral Home, Seaford.
