Foreman, better known to many as "Rhee", was born July 3, 1963 to William Marie Foreman and the late Delmond William Foreman, better known as "Gap". Theresa was a graduate of Caesar Rodney High School and spent most of her adult years dedicated to the rehabilitation of others. She was a loyal employee of KenCrest Service in Dover, Del. Theresa has left for a better place but she will forever be thought of and loved and will surely be missed by all. The family thanks you all for your overwhelming love and prayers. Theresa was a loving mother of three children, Darren, Aaron and Shay; she is also survived by her mother, William Marie Foreman of Dover; her two sisters, Faithette Foreman Summers of Cali. and Robin White of Felton, Del.; one brother, Pierre D. Foreman of Va. and one brother in law, Ronald L. Summers of Cali. She will also leave behind two aunts, Grace Purnell and Vera Henry of Md.; her long childhood friend, Tondia Edwards of Dover, and a host of devoted and loving cousins, nieces, grandchildren, and very dear coworkers and friends. There will be a viewing from 9:00 to 10:00 a.m. Wednesday Jan. 28, 2015 at the Pippin Funeral Home, 119 W. Camden Wyoming Avenue, Wyoming, DE 19934. There will be a graveside service at 11:00 A.M.
