Thelma Miller Hicks DOVER - Thelma Miller Hicks departed this life at Broadmeadow Nursing Home on Wednesday Feb. 10, 2010, after a long illness. She was the wife of the late Rev. Richard Ross Hicks, a longtime pastor in the United Methodist Church. She will be greatly missed by her family and friends. To celebrate her life and witness, a memorial service will be held from 6 to 8 p.m., Friday Feb. 19, at Whatcoat UMC in Dover. The Funeral service will be 11 a.m., Saturday, at the church, preceded by a viewing by a viewing from 9 to 11 a.m. Burial will be in Milford Community Cemetery, Milford.
