HOUSTON - Tammi Marshall passed peacefully on February 20, 2015. Born on July 6 1968, Tammi was the daughter of the late Clifton and Alice Bell. There will be a public viewing, Friday, February 27, 2015 at the Bennie Smith Funeral Home, located at 717 W. Division Street., Dover, from 5 p.m. to 7 p.m. Funeral services will be held 1 p.m., Saturday, February 28th at Emanuel Pentecostal Church, located at 145 Center St., Camden.
