Sylvia Wicks-Bryan, 65 DOVER - Sylvia Wicks-Bryan, age 65, of Dover, Starr Hill, daughter of the late Claylon Wicks and Anna Acree-Wicks, passed away on Sunday, April 18, 2010, at the DE Hospice Center in Milford, surrounded by her children and other family. Wife of Roland T. Bryan, she was a wonderful wife, mother, and dedicated Christian Soldier with membership at Crossroads Church, Dover, Del. Retired as a self-employed daycare provider, and RA for Ken- Crest Services. Survived by children, Trent (Valerie) Wicks, Steve Wicks, Keith Wicks Sr., Kendall (Anna) Wicks Sr.; stepson, Stevie Bryan; and she raised her grandson, Keith Wicks Jr., as her son; 11 grandchildren; three great-grandchildren, 1 expected any day; three brothers; six sisters; and a host of relatives and friends. Funeral service was noon, Friday, at Crossroads Church, Dover. Friends may call from 10 a.m. to noon at the church. Interment Bryan's Family Cemetery, Cheswold. Arrangements by Deborah E. Harris-Nock Funeral Home, Laurel.
