SHAMONG, N.J. - Suzanne Begley Gainer passed away on Dec. 4, 2017.
Suzanne was born in Wilmington, and was a graduate of St. Elizabeth's High School (1964). Worked as a legal secretary for a local lawyer and the governor's office in Dover and more recently, at Maguire AFB. She was a longstanding member of the Kent County Theater Guild in Dover.
Suzanne is survived by her loving husband, Jere; her children, Anne Marie (Dave) Anenberg of Medford, N.J. and David (Kristie) Porter of Tabernacle, N.J.; step-children, Wayne Gainer of Milford and Tammy Miller of Newark. She also leaves behind grandchildren, Benjamin, Arthur and Brandi; and sister, Patricia McKenna.
Services and interment will be held on Saturday Dec. 16, 2017 at Cathedral Cemetery, Wilmington. A chapel service will begin at 10:30 a.m.
